A few of the things that I loved: The color is a beautiful deep blue, the pans are heavy and great quality, they clean up nicely and heat evenly. Now a couple of things that are lacking - well only one thing, they are tiny. I know they give the measurements BUT when I see 9" or 12" I always think the width is going to be proportionate to the length. In this case it isnt. They are long but very narrow. Cooking for a husband and 2 sons, these pans wouldn't do the job. I can see myself using it for dips, and small baked side dishes.Ok so when you say lasagna coming from an Italian family I'm thinking large pan. This was not it. For my family of 5 I'd have to use both pans.They are wonderful though for small dishes.Very well crafted. Have uses and washed several times and they stood up excellent.The grey color leans more on the navy blue side in my opinion, but it's still a pretty color.I put a standard envelope on top/ in the two baking dishes to give you an idea on the sizes. I know the measurements are provided but I'm a visually type of gal, so I thought I'd give you a visual as well ~_~!The baking dishes feel like they are good quality. They feel solid and smooth. No rough edges or imperfections.I love that the ceramic dishes are non-toxic and lead free! It's one less thing to worry about in this crazy world, right?!The ability to put them in the oven, microwave,freezer, and dishwasher makes the dishes so convenient that I'll find myself using them quite often!I grew up in a large family and we’ve always joked that I only know how to make dinner to feed a crowd. I still have three teenagers at home and they eat a lot so when I make a lasagna or casserole I use the biggest baking dish. This would not be it. The baking dishes look very nice but they are much smaller than I was expecting. I sent them with my daughter to her first apartment. She reports that they are good for cooking smaller dishes. They’re easy to clean and fairly sturdy.These dishes have a few imperfections. You can see in the photos, there's a few spots and cracks. Despite this they do feel sturdy. The inner part doesn't seem to have any weak spots or cracks, so I'm hoping it's just superficial.I'll update after more use and report condition and longevity.I really should read the sizes and not go off the looks! Bc in pictures they appear to look bigger than actually are! I still love them, but I have a big family 2 adults and 4 kids to cook for and these just won’t hold a lot. They are made of nice ceramic and the color is pretty. I placed a regular envelope next to them both and inside to show visually how small they are. They may work for someone else’s family just not my family’s needs. Still a great price for a very nice set.I love these pans! I've been trying to "upgrade" my kitchen, and even though I love the convenience of using foil pans ( I can take the food out and throw the pan away), but I wanted a more grown up approach and one that was more environmentally friendly.These pans/ dishes are great in my opinion! They are nice and study, and heavy enough to let you know that this is a real dish without being too heavy. I have not made a lasagna in it (yet), but I have roasted veggies and chicken breast and the nonstick featues of these pans are amazing!I chose white so they would mix and match with my other cookware and serving dishes.
